Then It’s time to Carbo-load with Class, or Enjoy Marathon Monday Brunch at The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro!
(Boston, MA) – Boston Marathon athletes and fans will have a high-end choice this year when it comes to their yearly pre-marathon-carbo-load dinner on Sunday, April 19, 2009. The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro will be hosting runners in for a relaxing, healthy and gourmet selection of carbo-laden specials prepared by Executive Chef Jason Bond. This year Chef Bond welcomes in both runners and spectators to try one of his pasta specials in either appetizer or entrée portions including:
Bucatini all’Amatriciana – San Marzano Tomatoes, guanciale, pecorino and olive oil
Appetizer Portion: $14.00, Entrée Portion $24.00
Herbed Pasta Lasagna – Glazed Spring vegetables and Parmigiano with Lentils, Pea Greens and Italian Truffle Vinaigrette Appetizer Portion: $14.00, Entrée Portion $24.00
Hand-Made Cavatelli – Braised Chicken, Brussels sprouts and Bacon with Sautee Breadcrumbs
Appetizer Portion: $14.00, Entrée Portion $24.00
